1105 West Peachtree

RJTR  The proposed 1105 West Peachtree mixed-use development will occupy the site bounded by 13th Street on the North, 12th Street on the South, and Peachtree Walk on the East. The project contains approximately 16,858 SF of retail that will be located at street level, approximately 81 residential condo units, approximately 156 key hotel (located on 13th Street), 32 story office tower (located on West Peachtree Street), and structured off-street parking for approximately 1,580 vehicles to support the various components of the project. The office, hotel, and residential buildings all overlook a shared amenity plaza located above structured parking. As part of this development, Peachtree Walk will be widened to provide a landscaped median, a roundabout at the intersection of Peachtree Walk and 13th Street, street parking, and an Art Wall that will become an active part of the proposed Midtown Art Walk that will eventually run from the Midtown Marta Station to the Woodruff Arts Center.

Emerson Buckhead

RJTR is providing architectural design and interior design services as well as structural and MEP design for JPX Works on the Emerson Condominiums located in the highly coveted Peachtree Road corridor in Buckhead Atlanta.
The 21-story high-rise is made up of three distinct towers connected together by a common core. The building will be structured with post-tensioned concrete and energy efficient glass. The 41 Luxury condominiums will boast some of the largest units in the available market with just under 3,000 RSF per unit. Unit owners will approximately 16’ deep balconies, 10’ ceilings, semi-private elevator service, and custom millwork kitchens and bathrooms. Residents will also share the more than 10,000 sf of refi ned interior amenity space as well as the nearly 17,500 sf of structured exterior amenity featuring a pool and private Zen garden.

915 North Franklin

RJTR is providing architecture, interior design, structural, and MEP services for Carter's new 23-story high-rise apartment building in downtown Tampa. 915 North Franklin takes advantage of its urban location and excellent views of both the Hillsborough River to the west and the Hillsborough Bay to the south. The building adds vitality and interest to the city with active street-level retail spaces, a six-story high artwork element, and custom decorative screens on the parking deck facade. The L-shaped residential tower still allows the large pool and amenity deck below to take advantage of the desirable western sun orientation. Additionally, a penthouse level Sky Club with outdoor terraces and fantastic views provides a unique resident amenity. The building's exterior facade features distinctive offset vertical windows, dynamic sunshade elements, and a bold color scheme, all reflecting the urbane taste of its young, metropolitan clientele while still referencing the local vernacular of its Floridian setting.
