With its location at the center of RJTR’s 12th and Midtown project as well as between the High Museum of Art, the Woodruff Arts Center and the historic Fox Theatre, Loews Atlanta Hotel was designed around the idea and story line of a clean-lined, Southern, contemporary hotel centered within and inspired by Atlanta’s cultural arts. Loews Atlanta Hotel is part of a RJTR-designed 2.3 million square-foot mixed-use facility which also includes Class A office, retail, parking and residential space. The hotel offers 414 keys, a full-service restaurant, lobby bar, and a 23,000 SF spa and fitness center, as well as ample meeting space, including a 10,000 SF grand ballroom, a 5,300 SF junior ballroom, and 5,000 SF of smaller meeting rooms.  The hotel is one of Midtown Atlanta’s top places to stay for the business traveler, movie and film industries, and has quickly become one of its most highly regarded. In his book, “Hotel Design, Planning and Development,” author Richard Penner cited Loews Atlanta Hotel as a great example of hotel planning.
